GTA 5 Online Just Got Better After This Fix by Rockstar

Even though GTA 5 released almost a decade ago, it’s still one of the most popular games on PC and console, with an upgraded version set to release for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

However, that doesn’t prevent players from still causing issues to the community by using exploits to ruin their experience on Los Santos. Most recently, PC players complained about a triggering issue revolving around invite spams from random members in the game’s player base.

While spamming is always an issue on any game, the problem in GTA 5 is amplified by the fact that these invites cause unsuspecting players to leave their online session to join another lobby and spectate the member who sent them the invite.

Earlier in the week, it was reported that the developers at Rockstar Games have identified the problem, and it was revealed that the solution will be quick to arrive in the coming days.

However, it didn’t take more than a day for the developers to add a minor fix, which prevented players from being forced into joining other players’ lobbies to spectate their games.

But, there’s still some to work to be done for the developers as they haven’t addressed the problem of the spam invites, and it seems like with the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S upgrades set to release soon, players might have to wait some time to see the issue being completely fixed in the game.
